Additional Dates Announced for ISUG PowerBuilder 11 Tour

"Leveraging PowerBuilder in the .NET World" Comes to San Jose, LA, and San Diego

The International Sybase User Group has announced additional dates for its North American PowerBuilder 11 Tour - 'Leveraging PowerBuilder in the .NET World' - following the success of the original thirteen city tour across the United States and Canada in October, November and December 2007.

Breakfast, morning refreshments, lunch and afternoon refreshments will be provided to all attendees as part of the registration fee and the three new dates are:

  • Feb. 26 – San Jose, CA
  • Feb. 27 – Los Angeles, CA
  • Feb. 28 – San Diego, CA

    During this event , says ISUG, you will:

    1. Consume .NET Resources using PowerBuilder 11's . NET Interoperability
    2. Create .NET Resources from existing PowerBuilder NVOs
      1. .NET assemblies
      2. .NET Web Services
    3. Use PowerBuilder 11 and ASP.NET 2.0 to create Web Form Applications
    4. Build WinForm & Smart Client Applications right from within PowerBuilder
    5. Set up SQL Anywhere 10 as your back-end database for .NET activity

    In addition, there will be a special early morning session on troubleshooting installation issues, information on companion products from ISUG partners, and Tips and Tricks on migrating to PowerBuilder 11 from earlier versions.

    All events begin at 8:00am local time, and end at 5:30pm.
